This place is amazing. I had a full day at the spa and my experience was great from very beginning to the end..I felt rejuvenated and very relaxed at the end of the treatment..Music was amazing and attention to detail was great too..My aesthetician was the best I've ever had she is very particular and perfectionist in what she does that makes the job worth the money because you get what you pay for..I would highly recommend this place, they have very knowledgeable staff and you will be in a good hands. 5++++++++
I absoluetly love this spa. The treatments are great and i always get a few different ones which dont cost so much in terms of the qualityof service you get. I recommend it highly for a girls spa day or mom/daughter outtings!...if your new and dont know what to get, try the peppermint and seaweed wrap and ...ask for Ella. very sweet lady and gives you a nice massage afterwards!
The atmosphere was very nice however the treatments were extremely disappointing. Very expensive for the quality.
I loved everything about the spa except for the hairdresser, Margery. My mother and I had a very bad experience with her professionalism a few weeks ago. Margery is only available during the day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. After going back and forth with the receptionist I finally made an appointment with her for 5.45pm. it was a special request since her timings only run until 5pm. Thursday was the only available day and the spa was fully aware that I finish school at 5pm and would have to drive about half an hour to pick up my mother from work and then drive another 45 minutes in order to get there. I informed them that due to rush hour traffic conditions I was most likely going to be late for my appointment and asked if that was going to be okay with Margery. She agreed. My mother and I both left as early as we could and even so we made it 10 minutes late. While we were in the parking lot, the spa called us to say that Margery had other commitments and had to cancel the appointment. I informed them that we were right in the parking lot after driving all this while and way to get there and she refused to entertain us. I will never EVER recommend Margery for any service that she offers at the spa. She is extremely unprofessional and we were completely unhappy with the way the entire situation was handled. The receptionist was very nice and I could see that even she was frustrated with Margery's unprofessional behavior. A few of my friends have gotten haircuts from her and complained that her style and cuts are very old fashioned and needed to be upgraded. The price is steep at $70 for the product that she offers. Everything else at the spa is amazing and I will definitely return for other services. I would highly suggest that they fire her in order for them not to spoil their name and reputation.
"I think the Peppermint Sea Twist was a wise decision and I highly recommend it for anyone with dry skin and looking for an escape from the damaging effects of the winter cold. I think the experience was even more relaxing and rejuvenating because I felt like I was far away on some exotic island. Surrounded by the amazing scent of lemon grass, warm staff and a beautiful inviting interior, I now know why they call it Hyde Away Boutique Spa. Really, the attention to detail is overwhelming- from the filters on the shower heads to the staff who cater the treatment to your needs, suggestions and skin type. Ive always had a problem with sensitive, dry skin but I found the professional and friendly staff to be extremely knowledgeable and I thank them for directing me to an organic product line I've heard about in Europe. Thank you!!! Its been over a week and my skin feels fresh and hydrated, and there is no way anyone can convince me now from using anything but the organic Jurlique line they carry. Ive had a great experience, and would like to take the opportunity to recommend it to anyone looking for anything beyond ordinary, or simply for that truly organic escape from reality. "
