	Detox at NOVO Spa Review By: Caryl "This was the second time getting the detox treatment. I got it with Shannon this time. I got the body exfolitation, mud wrap, sauna detox, body message with hot stones, plus a head and foot message. It was all very relaxing. Before and after I made sure to use the sauna in the change room (by the shower). I also ordered a salad and smoothie before I went for my treatment to be ready after I was done my treatment.
